Welcome to the website of Quakers in Esher. We've met in our Meeting House since it was built in 1797 and we welcome all.
Esher Meeting House is on Claremont Lane (the A244) just south of the junction with Esher High Street. Esher and Claygate stations are both 1 mile away, and the K3, 458 and 715 buses stop a few minutes walk away on Esher High Street. Unfortunately no parking, but there is a public car park opposite.
Due to the increased seriousness of the covid pandemic, Esher Meeting (as all other Kingston & Wandsworth (KWAM) meetings) is now closed till further notice.
For those who were able to, gathering in our meeting house has been a treasured source of comfort and joy these last few months and we look forward to opening our doors again soon. In the meantime, some of us will continue as before holding the worship individually in our homes at 10.30 am on Sundays and 12.30 on Wednesdays. Others may choose to join the various online (zoom) meetings for worship being held within the KWAM area meeting, nationally or internationally.
Contact us via this website if you wish to know more or would like a list of the online meeting for worship opportunities.
Keep well and walk cheerfully.
